Capacity Building

The New Cross Gate Trust offers a variety of capacity building support for local charities and voluntary groups in New Cross Gate. This can include:

– Fundraising support
– Fund holding for new organisations
– Signposting and initial development support
– Free or low cost venue hire
– Low cost capacity building training (such as Fire Warden Training, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene courses for example)

Our Community Investment Fund, opens once a year for local organisations to apply for small grants. The next grant round will open in spring/early summer 2023. More information coming soon.

Charity Days -is a group of trainers who have volunteered to give their time free of charge to registered charities to help you make a bigger difference by making your training budget go further. 

Cranfield Trust provides free/low cost training in leadership, strategy, HR, financial management and performance/impact. 

Benefacto  is a social enterprise on a mission to engage more professional people in meaningful volunteering. They can provide a range of pro-bono volunteers from a range of sectors, skills and professions to support your charity.  

IT Support

TT-Exchange  provides eligible UK charities access to major technology companies’ donation programmes, including Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec and Adobe.
