On Saturday 10th June, LB Lewisham are holding a consultation on PLACE/Deptford, a new scheme that they are proposing to build on the former Deptford Green Ball Court. LB Lewisham are currently proposing to provide temporary accommodation for up to 30–35 homeless families, and community space on the ground floor. They would like to consult more widely with local people about the development and find out what they would like the community space to be used for.
