About the group

The Peer to Peer Mental Wellbeing Support Group is a space for likeminded people who want to connect with others in their community and be part of a network that is there to support everyone’s wellbeing. It is a place where you can seek community support for poor mental health and also a place to support others to live well.

The week-to-week running of the group will be supported by our experienced group facilitator, Emma, however, the shape of the sessions and the content will be determined by the group’s members. Emma is excited to bring her knowledge of The Five Ways to Wellbeing and Mindfulness to the group, but ultimately is most excited about creating a space alongside the participants that will be a supportive group for people living and working in New Cross Gate to live well together.
